Gerakan pada Hip Joint

a.       Gerakan fleksi dan  ekstensi.

Gerakan flexi terjadi pada bidang sagital, bentuk gerakan dari sikap berdiri tegak kemudian menggerakkan tungkai ke depan, besarnya LGS (Lingkup Gerak Sendi) 125^o. Gerakan extensi, gerakan terjadi pada bidang sagital bentuk gerakan dimulai dari sikap berdiri tegak, kemudian menggerakkan tungkai ke posterior, besarnya LGS 15°.

Otot penggerak utama gerakan fleksi adalah :

M. Iliacus

Origonya : Superior 2/3 dari fossa iliaca crest, anterior crest, anterior sacroiliaca, dan iliolumbal ligament, ala of sacrum.

Insersionya : tendon dari psoas major, dan body of femur

M.  Psoas mayor :

Origo : sides of vertebral bodies dan conesponding intervertebralis disc of T12-L5 dan procesus transversus dari L1-L5.

Insersio : Leser trochanter of femur

M.  Sartorius :

Origo : anterior superior iliac spine, upper aspec of iliac notch

Insersio : Proksimal aspec of medial surface tibia

Otot penggerak utama gerakan ekstensi adalah :

M.  Gluteus Maksimus

Origo : Posterior gluteal line of ilium, iliac crest, dorsum of sacrum dan cocyx, saerotuberous ligament

Insersio : iliotibial tract, gluteal tuberositas femur

M.  Semitendinosus :

Origo : ishial tuberositas

Insersio : Proksimal aspect of medial surface tibia

M.  Semimembrannosus

Origo : ischial tuberositas

Insersio : Medial condilus tibia

M.  Biceps Femoris :

Origo : Ischial tuberositas, lateral tip of linea aspec femur dan lateral intermuscular septum

Insersio : Lateral aspect of head fibula

b.      Gerakan abduksi dan adduksi.

Gerakan abduksi, gerakan yang terjadi bidang frontal, bentuk gerakandimulai dari sikap berdiri tegak kemudian menggerakkan tungkai ke samping luar,besar LGS mencapai 45^o.  Gerakan adduksi, gerakan terjadi pada bidang frontal, bentuk gerakan dimulai dari sikap berdiri tegak kemudian menggerakkan tungkai ke samping dalam besar LGS 30°. 

Otot yang bekerja pada saat Abduksi adalah

M.  Gluteus medius

Origo : outer surfae ilium antara dan posterior dan anterior gluteal lines

Insersio : Greater trohanter femur

M.  Gluteus Minimus :

Origo : outer surface ilium antara anterior dan posterior gluteal lines

Insersio : greater trohanter femur

Sedangkan otot lain yang berhubungan dengan gerakan abduksi adalah :

M.  Tensor Facia Latae

Origo : anterior superior iliac spine, anterior aspect of auterlip ofiliac crest

Insertio: illiotibial tractus aproximately 1/3 dwon the tight

Otot yang bekerja pada saat Adduksi adalah

M. Adductor Magnus

Origo : inferior rami of pubis dan ischium ischial tuerosity

Insertio:a line fro great trochanter  to linea aspera femur,linea aspera ,adductor tubercole ,medil supra condilare line of femur

M.  Adductor longus

Origo : Anterior aspec of pubis

Insersio : Linea aspera along middle 1/3 femur

M.  Adductor brevis

Origo : Inferior ramus of pubis

Insersio : line lesser trohanter to linea aspera, upper portion of linea aspera

M.  Pectineus

Origo : pectineal line of pubis

Insersio : Line from lesser trohanter to linea aspera

M. Gracilis

Origo : Body and ramus of pubis

Insersio : proksimal aspecct of medial surface tibia

c.       Gerakan internal rotasi dan eksternal rotasi.

Gerakan internal rotasi, bentuk gerakan dimulai dari posisi berdiri tegak kemudian menggerakkan tungkai memutar ke samping luar, LGS 30°.Gerakan eksternal rotasi, gerak pada bidang sagital, bentuk gerakan dimulai dari posisi berdiri tegak kemudian menggerakkan tungkai memutar ke samping dalam, besar LGS 45^o.

M.  Tensor facia latae

M.  Gluteaus minimus

M.  Gluteus medius

Otot yang bekerja pada saat Eksternal Rotasi

M.  Piriformis

Origo : anterior suface sacrum, sacrotuberous ligament

Insersio : Freater trohanter femur

M.  Gemellus superior

Origo : iscial tuberositas

Insersio : Greater trohanter femur

M. Obturator internus :

Origo : Obturatory membran dan forament, inner surface of pelvis, inferior rami of pubis dan ischium

Insersio : greater trohanter femur

M. Obturator Eksternus :

Origo : rami of pubis dan ischium, outer surface of obturatory membran

Insersio : Greater trohanter femur

M.  Quadrratus femoris

Origo : ischial tubrosity

Insersio : quadrate tuberosity femur
